What does $1,800 per year of nominee director services include?
- Being your named local director of the company for one year
- Fulfilling the local statutory requirements in Companies’ Act of Singapore
- Paperwork such as the preparation of Form 45
Nominee director service does not include the following:
- Board meeting related matters, such as the resignation of your ex-nominee director and appointment of director for filing with ACRA – Add on @ SGD150 only
- Being physically present at the Singapore bank for account opening purposes – Add on @ SGD300 per bank if required
- Day-to-day operations and running of the company or bank accounts
- Signing or entering into contracts or agreements for the business

How to engage our Nominee Director services?
Step 1:
Email us a copy of your company’s ACRA Business Profile, and entity information (for example, your company website, brochure, collaterals etc). Tell us more about your firm.
Step 2:
We do our KYC (“Know Your Client) checks and if all is good, we issue you an official quotation.
Step 3:
You accept the quote and make payment. Upon receipt of funds, we will commence work immediately.
