  • Prepare the AGM minutes of meeting, and sending them to the shareholders
  • Preparing the necessary documentation for approving of financial accounts and reports of the company
  • Liaising with the shareholders and company officers, together with ACRA officers
  • File annual returns with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (“ACRA”)
  • Provide you with supporting documentation once the company’s annual return had been submitted with ACRA
  • Government fines and penalties incurred because of us who made you late for filings (Terms and Conditions Apply)

Except for the following to be disbursed to you at Cost:

  • Government annual return filing fee @ $60
  • Any fines and penalties incurred that is not because of us @ $300 per section of the Companies’ Act breached
